Day 4 in the Fairthorne Manor House…

As predicted, the children slept like logs: not a peep, squeak nor wheeze – but there were some throaty snores reverberating through the halls…(that’s enough about Mr B though!)

After a cooked breakfast this morning (double helpings for those Year 6 boys again) we’ve headed out to our activities; Jacob’s Ladder, Pirate Obstacle Course (ahoy me hearties!) Archery, to name but a few.

The weather is utterly glorious, but please be assured that the children are lotioned up: with military precision, necks, ears, noses have been assessed for ‘lotion residue’ and by pain of death, the children have not moved a muscle without their hats and water bottles.

It’s the Talent Show and disco tonight so excitement’s beginning to build… We’ll bring you more on this later…

As always, VERY happy campers.
