The aims of the school curriculum as stated in the Education Reform Act are:
“to promote the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of pupils at the school and society; and to prepare such pupils for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life”.
Grendon Underwood School embraces these aims and delivers a Curriculum based on our unique Field of Study Areas. All National Curriculum areas are covered through our Field of Study Areas and specific units of work in English, Mathematics and Science at times.
Further details of the Curriculum can be found below and by clicking your child's class page.
